I was impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel and the friendly staff who provided excellent service. The hotel's location was convenient for my needs - it was very near the metro station and within easy reach of Gariahut shopping areas, New Market, and Park Street. Breakfast was delicious and a great way to start my day.

The breakfast options are very limited and not up to the mark.

Friendly and helpful staff, accommodating me in an interim room, quickly changing rooms when unsatisfied with hygiene, kind staff, caring about needs, manager's help with airport drop off.

Lastly, the location of the hotel was perfect - situated in a posh area, with easy access to public transportation.
